If the business you are reporting is a member of the Integrity Business Bureau, they will be audited immediately to resolve any conflict. You will be notified once the complaint has been resolved, regardless of the outcome. Depending on the results of the investigation, the member may or may not lose membership with the Integrity Business Bureau.

 

If the business you are reporting is found in our Safe Website Directory, they will be audited within the next 10 business days to resolve any conflict. You will be notified once the complaint has been resolved, regardless of the outcome. Depending on the results of the investigation, the business may or may not be removed from our Safe Website Directory.

 

If the business you are reporting is not a member of the Integrity Business Bureau and is not found in our Safe Website Directory, we will still keep your complaint on file for future reference. In the event that the reported business attempts to become a certified member or join our Safe Website Directory, we will consider this complaint in our certification process.
