Our number one priority is to protect the reputation and success of our members. That is why we care so much about what YOU the consumer, has to say. If one of our members is doing business in a way that is illegal or unethical, it reflects poorly upon the Integrity Business Bureau and upon all of its members. Most of our competitors don’t offer a resource for consumers to be able to file complaints. They are more worried about seeing the monthly fee come in than confronting a questionable business. Simply put, our members choose us because we are the best; WE selectively choose our members because they are the best.

 

In addition to implementing member and consumer suggestions, we proactively audit our members at random. This entails the verification of the same information required initially to become a member of the Integrity Business Bureau. This process deters illegitimate businesses from meeting requirements only temporarily in order to become a member. Our members keep their contact information and company policies current and always displayed on their website.

 

Beware of scammers. There are a number of websites out there who steal the images of third party verification companies. You can always tell the website is not verified or is not really a member because when you click on the “certified” image, nothing happens. All web seals should link back to the site of the verification provider. Another scam out there is that the website will create a “certified” logo that links to a page on the same site. For Example: www.goojoogle.com, www.verify.goojoogle.com/987654321. Though this page may look different than the rest of the website, it is nevertheless a scam.

 

We value the consumer just as much as we value our members. We are not only business owners, we are consumers as well. We have walked in your moccasins and do so each and every time we make a purchase online. We promise to do all we can to protect you. After all, our business wouldn’t exist with out cautious consumers who demand honesty, who demand trust, who demand Integrity.
